You charge with one hand then flick both hands to create arc like curves of fire in the direction you wish to hit then when you release the arcs shoot forward leaving a trail until they hit a wall then anything in the trail takes 15 on hit damage and is burning 5 damage/second until they take a full 25 damage leavening to a full spell damage of 40 only if you hit both arcs damage is split between the 2 arcs.
