Balance teams before a new match

I have played in queue with ranfdom play players. We went several rounds with 3 players vs. 1 player and 2 bots.

Teams should be (randomly) balanced to have equal amount of human players or at most 1 more human player on the other team (if total is uneven).

I think each player should be able to vote if they want to change teams up or not

Every player has a Match Making Rating (MMR) that reflects their skill level, and in cases where one player has a much, much higher MMR than the others, they will be placed on a team by themselves. As more players join the game this will be less common, but for now it seems to balance teams fairly well imo
