Active ability’s

At level 20 you could give one character an active ability and again at 50 and 100
These would be based on the character
like sledgehammer would be able to not fire for 15 seconds but then at the end of that the next shot fires every spell twice with a 1 minute cooldown (she can still use spells afterwards only the ability is on cooldown for that minute)
With wandslinger you get the ability once every 1 minute if you get a kill any extra damage you deal you get in life steal added to the 40 hp already there. so if you overkill by 50 damage you would get 90 total.
Dutches would become like 75% invisible and unable to be damaged or use spells and could move on a tile with an enemy to get behind the lines also protects from unveil or revelator (if they are on the same tile when the effect ends they are moved back to the last tile they were on)
Anvil would just activate the passive on command because its really strong (however doing this would only be possible like once every 3 deaths but the passive still works the same and happens every life it just allows more strategic use of the ability)
Herbalist would have like 20 seconds where any healing they would get from the passive instead goes to the target
I’m not sure.
Maybe inventor would have it so that the passive instead removes 7 seconds instead of 3.5 for a duration.
All of these would be activated by pressing in both joysticks and you could only move your characters active ability’s every 10 levels and you could only have a max of 3 at a time (the last unlocked at level 100) but if you hit max level it would be every like 25K exp or something And the cooldowns are not reset by death.
